Delara Faliq is Nesryn Faliq's sister. She has three children, and helps in the Faliq Bakery. She does not like Nesryn's short haircut, and teases her about it. She loves Rifthold. She and her family escaped the Witch attack of Rifthold. They moved to Antica after the attack.

When Delara sees that her children are behaving properly and are safe, she sighs wit relief. However, after seeing Prince Sartaq, her each reddens due to embarrassment and attempts to cover up the fresh food stains on her outfit. Before disappearing into her uncle and aunt's residence, she gives Nesryn a glare.
