That's true. He's toxic and abusive but in that period they weren't really in a relationship. I think they liked each other but weren't really a couple until after Lysandra almost died, if you know what I mean. I do understand what you mean, though. He should've gotten over himself earlier and never acted like that.

Even though Aedion was a jerk to Lysandra for a bit, I think he really does love her. He was in shock and angry at his cousin (which is no excuse, I know) but I think he does truly care for her. And her for him.
