Defiantly the best book of the series, this book was a masterpiece. A great ending to an insane series, the death of the thirteen was so poetic. They got the deaths they deserved and had been anticipated by me but it still hit me, it was really well written. The death of Erawan and Maeve were great too but my favourite part was the punishment Rowan exacted to Cairn for harming his mate. All in all a great book that I cherished every moment of!

So yesterday (the 21st) was my birthday and my friends gave me a very big ToG surprise yesterday. When I went to school one of my friends led me across the school to a spot where all my other friends were waiting. Now they sang happy birthday and all and they gave me the traditional birthday glasses we pass around in our group BUT THEN they led me to a ”throne” (which was actually just a very plush royal looking red sofa that matched with my outfit) and they told me to “enjoy the show”. One by one they all came in front of me and acted out characters from ToG (the colors they dressed in were the colors associated with each character) and I had to guess who was who (all while sitting on my throne and eating cookies 😌) it was amazing and these guys are the best but just wanted to share this with you guys

I got a comic, a interactive/diary style book, 2 necklaces, couple gift cards, and some candles and an aroma diffuser to use while reading too lol

Okay, so I am a massive fan of music, as are most people, and I thought well why not! So I am making a playlist for the TOG series, it can be split into songs for characters etc.

So any songs that remind you of a character or a book of would be awesome in a scene of the series lemme know in the comments.

If its related to a character, if it aint to much trouble, write it somewhat like this:

So I haven’t been on here in about a year and I have missed so many of you so much. I probably won’t be anywhere near as active as I used to be but I’m gonna start posting things more often and just being a lot more present then I have been all year. Imagine the gang out on a city road trip. Here's how I imagine it.

Gavriel: always making peace, trying his best, reading maps and wants to do the tour guide stuff

Yrene: helping with planning, actually has her shit together

Lysandra: in charge of the music

Fenrys: proposing crazy travel ideas

Lorcan: doesn't want do anything and keeps complaining about the sun

Aelin: the sun

Chaol: scolding Dorian for not wearing a jacket when it's cold, the group mom

Aedion: giving wrong directions, insisting they are right

Rowan: the annoyed driver

Elide: the heart of the group, probably keeping a travel diary which Lorcan secretly enjoys to read

Manon: goes on all the scary rides in theme parks

Dorian: reads in the backseat without getting carsick, forced to join Manon on rollercoasters

I'm sure the trip would be 100% chaos xd

Let's appreciate the moments when our girls helped each other and thus change the entire fate of the world:

- when Lady Marion Lochan gave up her life to save Aelins

- when Aelin paused to listen to Lysandra and they teamed up to fight Arobynn instead of each other

- when Manon helped Petra Blueblood and her Wyvern and she later turned up for the battle with other Bluebloods

- Madam Florine giving Aelin lessons for free and letting her play piano

- Evalin teaching Aelin it's her heart and her courage that matter

- The thirteen sticking together and facing the wrath of the other Ironteeth

- Lysandra and Aelin protecting Evangeline, who later earned Aelins kingdom back

- Ansel of Briarcliff sending troups and fighting for Aelin because she spared her life

- Yrene's mother saving Yrene from soldiers

- Kaltain destroying Morath and sending Aelin her wyrdkey for 'a warm cloak in a cold dungeon'

- when Aelin helped Yrene get to the southern continent and she later turned out to be the destroyer of Erwanan
