So yesterday (the 21st) was my birthday and my friends gave me a very big ToG surprise yesterday. When I went to school one of my friends led me across the school to a spot where all my other friends were waiting. Now they sang happy birthday and all and they gave me the traditional birthday glasses we pass around in our group BUT THEN they led me to a ”throne” (which was actually just a very plush royal looking red sofa that matched with my outfit) and they told me to “enjoy the show”. One by one they all came in front of me and acted out characters from ToG (the colors they dressed in were the colors associated with each character) and I had to guess who was who (all while sitting on my throne and eating cookies 😌) it was amazing and these guys are the best but just wanted to share this with you guys

I got a comic, a interactive/diary style book, 2 necklaces, couple gift cards, and some candles and an aroma diffuser to use while reading too lol

I’d choose the fourth house bc Erawan would be dead in seconds and I’d love to spend some time with Dorian, Cass, and Fenrys. And omg Hasar and Nesryn would be great company too. Lol Helion would just be hitting on everyone and Lehabah (she’s from CC for those who haven’t read it yet) would be complaining abt how she’s so alone

Can we just talk about how underrated Nesryn is? She is the ultimate feminist and completely in control of her life from the start. She decides to join the city watch against her fathers approval, joins the rebels afterwards had sex with chaol for a summer because she was BORED, got back together with him and then left him when she realized there was nothing there and that it was much more fun to seduce a prince.

She is obviously bi, I don’t think anyone can disagree.

I don’t wanna say that the other female tog characters aren’t awesome, they are, but I just think we under-appreciate Nesryn.

Well, I can’t be sure. Chaol gets the most development, but Nesryn’s got a story too.
