Although Morath would be super creepy, Eternal City seems kind of scarier to me, the Asteri live there and they just freak me out a bit more. Idk though, Eternal City just seems a bit more notable in my mind since I’ve read HoSaB and not any ToG books.

Havent read CC 2 but Morath is worse than hell IMO. Hybern had slavery but we didn't get to really explore what happened there so...
