I tried rereading the book once but I just couldn’t 😣 I stopped in the middle of assassin and the underworld even before Sam said “I love you” bc I knew that the good moments were gonna start and then end just as quickly 😞 I intended to pick it back up a couple days after I stopped but never did it’s HARD 😭😭😭😭 we should’ve gotten more of Sam maybe a scene in KoA where he comes down in spirit form to help or smt idk we just needed more of him 😭😭😭
