Who else gets really excited when they talk to their friends about throne of glass? I feel like I get super talkative and jumpy because I don’t want to spoil anything but at the same time, I want to convince them to read the whole series so we can fangirl over it together. Also, I hate when I give people the series to read and then they get bored by the first few chapters like???? I can never express how the series gets better as the books go on. I feel like the structure of Sarah’s writing really improved over the years like how she would use exclamation marks to emphasize an ‘omg moment’ in the first books whereas in the latest books, she kinda uses the words “snarl” and “growls” instead orr the sentence is written in italic... I personally like it and think that she’s definitely improved in her writing and her story plotting. I love how there’s many foreshadowing in the series, it’s why I reread it so much!! Anyways, I hate when my friends don’t listen when I say the series gets better and better but hey I respect their opinions. In the end, I can’t really force them to read it. If I’m being honest, it’s their loss :)) anyone relate??

Reading my life to those of book characters is sometimes the only thing that gets me through rough times. And when I tell someone about the connections I made they just look at me like I'm some crazy psychopath. But hey, I probably do make some really random connections most of the time

This is why I love Fandom. Everyone here actually understand your reading rants and confusing connections. I spend like half the day here just enjoying how I can actually take to everything being said, and when I say something stupid people actually understand and get what I'm saying. It's like my retreat from the real world

OMG it's like you guys are in my mind i can't say anything because you guys have already said it! I hate when people hate on my favorite books! I ramble so much about ToG, It's so hard not to spoil things for my girlfriend who is reading ToG lol.
Definitely, I installed that app on literally every electronic I could find in the house. And for those that I couldn't download it, I searched it up. I am a little addicted to it, but, yeah...😬

Yeah, I'm pretty bad at keeping my mouth shut about books too. I really to try, but they are just so good and sometimes sad, it's like you want everyone to know what happens but you also want then to have to read the book to find out what happens. And they don't want to read the book unless it sounds good, so you want to tell them some awesome spoilers. It's like😫😫😫😫 You just don't know what to do
I totally agree. One time, I got my friend to read the throne of glass series and I started her on the first book (skipping assassins blade until later) she said they were okay books and I forced her to keep reading cause I knew she would like them but she just needed to really give it a shot. I only got her to Queen of Shadows... this was before Tower of Dawn and Kingdom of Ash, so I was dying on the cliffhanger and she never read the last book....
